Moving your game to a new phone
Reinstalling on the same iPhone brings your progress back by itself. On a new iPhone, sign in to the same Game Center account and it follows you. Moving between iPhone and Android? Open Settings on your old phone, find Device Transfer to get a short code, and enter it on the new phone.
A crew name or motto that isn't OK
Crew names and mottos pass through a word filter. If one slips through, tap Report under the crew in the crew list; a crew that several players report is hidden. You can also email us its name.
Ads
Ads only play when you choose one for a bonus. They're for players 13 and older and rated up to Teen; the privacy policy explains your choices.
Deleting your information
Email us your leaderboard name and we'll delete your profile, cloud save, scores and crew membership. The privacy policy has the details.
